Experience Matters
Rachel Szarzynski Brady has over 15 years’ experience in designing recruitment and staffing process and campaigns, local branding/marketing efforts, candidate engagement/cultivation strategy and overall effective team communication and organizational culture. Her previous experience includes working for TNTP, a national nonprofit committed to ending educational inequity. Her work at TNTP included the design of successful recruitment campaigns for all Teaching Fellows Programs as well as talent acquisition strategy for the organization. After leaving TNTP, former colleagues reaching out for recruitment and staffing support led to the creation of LightBee Consulting.
Recent LightBee Consulting clients include The Achievement Network, Grantmakers for Education, Minneapolis Public Schools, Glenmoore Partners, and IDEA Public Schools. Rachel also continues to work on projects for TNTP including staffing process design and implementation for large, urban school districts such as Newark and Camden Public Schools, School District of Philadelphia, Dallas Independent School District and the New York Department of Education.
Rachel is a graduate of the University of Texas Senior Fellows Honors Program in Communications and is a former Teach For America Corps member in Washington, D.C.
Additional areas of expertise include: social media strategy, campaign analytics, critical analysis of website/design collateral, and operations/process design.
