Rachel Brady
Founder and CEO
Rachel Szarzynski Brady has over 15 years’ experience in designing recruitment and staffing process and campaigns, local branding/marketing efforts, candidate engagement/cultivation strategy and overall effective team communication and organizational culture. Her previous experience includes working for TNTP, a national nonprofit committed to ending educational inequity. Her work at TNTP included the design of successful recruitment campaigns for all Teaching Fellows Programs as well as talent acquisition strategy for the organization. After leaving TNTP, former colleagues reaching out for recruitment and staffing support led to the creation of LightBee Consulting.
Recent LightBee Consulting clients include The Achievement Network, Grantmakers for Education, Minneapolis Public Schools, Glenmoore Partners, and IDEA Public Schools. Rachel also continues to work on projects for TNTP including staffing process design and implementation for large, urban school districts such as Newark and Camden Public Schools, School District of Philadelphia, Dallas Independent School District and the New York Department of Education.
Rachel is a graduate of the University of Texas Senior Fellows Honors Program in Communications and is a former Teach For America Corps member in Washington, D.C.
Additional areas of expertise include: social media strategy, campaign analytics, critical analysis of website/design collateral, and operations/process design.
Crystal Holder
Principal Coordinator
Crystal Holder is a rockstar, who keeps LightBee running day-to-day. She has many years experience running the world, wrangling humans of various sizes, and is a successful and kind human being. She has over 10 years of experience in world domination, has been recognized for her ability to problem solve, clear schedules, multi task and manage teams.
Crystal is a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks, College of Resourcefulness.

Taylor Piet
Talent Lead
Before joining LightBee Consulting, Taylor worked in a variety of nonprofit organizations including National Math and Science Initiative, TNTP, and Reasoning Mind where she leveraged her years of experience in talent, project management, and data and analytics to support school districts across the country achieve their goals.
Taylor now focuses on helping organizations build out their talent functions including full-cycle talent recruitment, performance management, compliance, total rewards, compensation, and talent analytics.
Taylor received her Master of Public Administration from The Pennsylvania State University where she graduated Pi Alpha Alpha and is a former Peace Corps Volunteer. Taylor also earned her Certificate in Public Sector Human Resources Management from The Pennsylvania State University and holds her Senior Certified Professional credential from the Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professionals (SHRM-SCP).
Courtney Battel
Talent Lead
Cortney Battel is a seasoned Talent Consultant with an extensive background in recruitment and staffing. Having worked primarily in public education and for non-profit organizations, Cortney is on a mission to provide clients with custom talent solutions to alleviate their hiring challenges. She also values the 'candidate experience' and supports talent with their career objectives from start to end.
Cortney graduated from Ithaca College and never misses the long winters. She recently adopted a dog, Oreo, and enjoys spending time at the beach and gardening.

Jillian Boggs
Social Media Manager
Jillian Boggs is a marketing professional, and leveraged social media and advertising strategies to build a multi-million dollar sales organization. In addition, Jillian has 15 years experience in higher education, working in universities across Texas. Her previous experience includes college academic advising, career planning, orientation, and course success programming.

Jillian is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor's Degree in History, and a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration.

Jillian specializes in social media design and strategy, content creation, branding, website design, and community building.
