Rachel Szarzynski Brady
Founder/Principal
Rachel Brady is a career talent acquisition expert with over 20 years of experience in full-cycle hiring through the lens of equity; skilled in generating keen insight on strategy, branding, and candidate cultivation, as well as organized and swift project management, hiring manager coaching, and stakeholder investment. At TNTP, she led talent acquisition strategy for all open roles (from VP to associate level), including meeting tight full-cycle recruitment timelines, hiring manager satisfaction metrics, diversity goals, and overall candidate experience.
Rachel is a graduate of the University of Texas Senior Fellows Honors Program in Communications and is a former Teach For America, Washington, DC corps member. Recently she completed her Certificate in Human Resources Management from Rice University and holds her credential from the Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professionals (SHRM-CP).
After receiving several requests for help from previous colleagues after leaving TNTP, LightBee Talent was born in 2011. For the past ten years, LightBee has provided a wide range of services, helping organizations and school districts find quality and diverse talent for open roles ranging from C-level to Director level, coaching, and developing teams, and providing strategic planning guidance.
Crystal Holder
Senior Operations Coordinator
Crystal is an operations and administrative expert with over seven years of experience in managerial support. Crystal manages daily operations for LightBee, working closely with the CEO and other team members to coordinate and track progress and provide assistance. She provides logistical support, including scheduling, project management, and reporting, as well as handling external communications. Crystal also assists with coordinating meetings, administrative duties and event planning, data collection, and record maintenance.
Crystal joined Lightbee in 2021 after previously serving as an Assistant Director of Community Centers in Harris County. There she planned and executed large community events, recruited and managed volunteers, and ran daily operations for the centers.
Crystal received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin.
Jillian Boggs
Social Media Manager
Jillian Boggs is a marketing professional, and leveraged social media and advertising strategies to build a multi-million dollar sales organization. In addition, Jillian has 15 years experience in higher education, working in universities across Texas. Her previous experience includes college academic advising, career planning, orientation, and course success programming.
Jillian is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a Bachelor's Degree in History, and a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration.
Jillian specializes in social media design and strategy, content creation, branding, website design, and community building
